Trips >> Algonquin Park Fall Colors 30% Foliage Change (Sept 18/06)

We went up to the park for the day to see the fall colors while they were still in the early stages of color change. $12 for a parking permit and the park is yours
all day, not bad!

.: Centennial Trail Photos :.
These photos are from checkpoint #2, we didn't do the entire 12km trail because we were memorized by the cliff top scenery here. Lots of uphill walking on this trail until you get on top of the cliffs and then it's easy sailing.

.: Spruce Bog Trail :.
This was an easy 1km+ trail that takes you in and around a natural bog. Excellent paved trail with boardwalks is suitable for strollers or wheelchairs, no excuses people!

.: Visitor Center :.
Visited this place again while we were in the area, left with a large
bag of books and empty wallet AGAIN!
